Das erwartet Dich:

Personalabrechnung mit Vollservice (Erfassung bis Abrechnung) mit der hauseigenen Personalabrechnungssoftware VOCUS Lohn und Gehalt für gewerbliche Kunden und überwiegend Kunden des öffentlichen Dienstes
Durchführung des Meldewesens für die SV-Bereiche DEÜV, AAG, EEL, BEA etc. und Lohnsteuerverfahren ELSTER und ELStAM
Telefonische und fernwartungstechnische Betreuung der Kunden

Das bringst Du mit:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Fachinformatik kaufmännische/steuerrechtliche Ausbildung, vorzugsweise Steuerfachgehilfe
Erfahrungen im Bereich Personalabrechnung
Kenntnisse der relevanten Gesetze (z.B. SV-Recht, Arbeitsrecht, Tarifrecht)
schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine systematische, gewissenhafte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
als Teamplayer sind Sie flexibel und kontaktfreudig
Fahrerlaubnis wünschenswert
