A leading Chinese listed semiconductor company, specializing in delivering high-integration, high-performance, and high-reliability power management chips and solutions. Our product portfolio includes DC/DC converters, AC/DC adapters, linear power supplies, battery management systems, signal chain products, and more. Applications cover automotive electronics, computing & communications, industrial equipment, new energy, consumer electronics, and other key sectors. To expand our market presence in Germany and across Europe, we are seeking a pre-sales and after-sales technical expert to establish our German technical team and support the sales team by providing professional technical assistance to clients.
Critical Objectives & Outcomes
- Provide specialized technical support to automotive industry clients, focusing on analog and mixed-signal semiconductor solutions
- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients’ automotive system architectures and application requirements
- Serve as the technical bridge between clients and the company’s internal R&D team for seamless communication
- Manage and drive customer technical projects, ensuring on-time delivery and implementation of tailored solutions
- Lead technical discussions, oversee product integration, and resolve system-level troubleshooting issues
- Conduct client visits, deliver technical presentations, and provide on-site support as project demands require
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, sales, marketing) to align technical strategies with market needs
- Proactively lead the establishment and management of the regional technical team
Requirements and Prior Experience
- Proven practical experience in the automotive semiconductor industry
- Strong familiarity with analog and mixed-signal circuit design and applications
- Direct experience in technical support, field application engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
- Willingness and ability to develop a deep understanding of automotive system architectures (e.g., powertrain, ADAS, infotainment)
- Extensive experience in customer project management, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder communication
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in English (German and/or Chinese proficiency is a strong advantage)
- Proficiency in technical documentation, system-level problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making
