Die Südharz Klinikum Nordhausen gGmbH ist ein Krankenhaus der überregionalen Versorgung mit rund 800 Betten und 26 Fachabteilungen sowie modern ausgestatteten Funktionsbereichen und Instituten. Wir sind Akademisches Lehrkrankenhaus des Universitätsklinikums Jena.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Information / Telefonzentrale in Teilzeit.
(30 Std./Woche)

Der Bereich der Information/Telefonzentrale befindet sich im Empfangsbereich des Klinikums und hier schließt sich auch der Anmelde-und Wartebereich der Patientenaufnahme an.
Den 8 Mitarbeitern steht ein moderner Arbeitsplatz zur Verfügung.
Die Regelarbeitszeit findet im 3-Schicht-System mit Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten statt. Ihre Aufgaben
  • Auskunftserteilung und Wegweisung für unser Patienten und Besucher
  • Annahme und Weitervermittlung von Telefonaten
  • Schlüsselannahme und Ausgabe mit entsprechender Dokumentation
  • Benachrichtigung von Bereitschaftsdiensten für medizinische und technische Leistungen
  • Informationsweitergabe bei Brandmeldungen, Havarien, Störungen ect.
  • Bedienung und Überwachung der Parkplatzanlagen per Monitoring und Steuerung der Schrankenanlage
Ihr Profil
  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtsystem sowie an den Feiertagen und Wochenenden
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit, ausgesprochene Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung sowie ein verbindliches und kompetentes Auftreten
  • zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein auch in stressigen Situationen freundliches und zuvorkommendes Auftreten
  • hohe Belastbarkeit und flexible Einsetzbarkeit
