Die Südharz Klinikum Nordhausen gGmbH ist ein Krankenhaus der überregionalen Versorgung mit rund 800 Betten und 26 Fachabteilungen sowie modern ausgestatteten Funktionsbereichen und Instituten. Wir sind Akademisches Lehrkrankenhaus des Universitätsklinikums Jena.

Für unser Klinikum suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für unser Qualitäts- und Risikomanagement. Ihre Aufgaben
  • Erstellung und Pflege von gelenkten Dokumentationen
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Zertifizierungen und Kontaktpflege mit Zertifizierungsunternehmen und externen Auditoren
  • Strategische Planung und Weiterentwicklung des QM-Systems
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Auswertung von internen und externen Audits
  • Mitverantwortlichkeit für die Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des klinischen Risikomanagements
  • Betreuung des Critical-Incident-Report-Systems (CIRS)
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Rahmen Datenschutz, Arbeitsschutz und Hygiene
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Lob, Hinweisen und Beschwerden
  • Erstellung des jährlichen Qualitätsberichtes der Krankenhäuser
Ihr Profil
  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit zwingender Weiterqualifikation im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrungen im Qualitätsmanagement sind wünschenswert
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Bereich von Zertifizierungen
  • Zielorientierte, selbstständige sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an interdisziplinärer Teamarbeit im Klinikum
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
