Company Introduction:

This is an industry-leading global provider of packaging solutions and core components, headquartered in Guangdong, China.

The company specializes in the R&D, design, manufacturing, and sales of high-precision, high-performance dispensing devices. Its product portfolio encompasses aerosol valves, various dispensing pumps (such as lotion/spray pumps), caps and closures, as well as inhalation delivery devices, among others. These critical components find widespread application in essential sectors including daily chemicals, personal care, healthcare/medical, home cleaning, and industrial products.

Job Description：

• Overall Factory Operations

Lead the establishment of the German factory from the ground up.

Develop and execute the factory's annual operating plan to ensure the achievement of all targets set by the Group headquarters.

Organize and oversee the implementation of production plans, ensuring timely completion of production tasks and on-time order fulfillment.

Manage the factory supply chain, designing and optimizing procurement, warehousing, distribution, and delivery processes to guarantee effective operation of the overall supply chain system.

• Production Management & Quality Control

Establish and enforce production management systems and procedures to improve production efficiency and product quality.

Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards; promptly resolve issues arising during production.

Implement Lean Manufacturing management, optimizing production workflows and reducing production costs.

III. Team Building & Employee Management

Responsible for building and managing the production team, enhancing employee engagement and operational efficiency.

Make fair performance-based reward/punishment decisions, conduct regular employee capability assessments, and support talent pipeline development.

• Cost Control & Resource Management

Prepare expense budgets and exercise comprehensive control over all cost expenditures to ensure cost targets are met.

Manage the maintenance and upkeep of factory equipment to guarantee normal and reliable operation.

• Communication & Coordination

Coordinate collaboration between various departments to ensure smooth production processes.

Handle the factory's external public relations, fostering a strong corporate reputation.

• Strategic Planning & Execution

Participate in company strategic planning, providing actionable recommendations and supporting business development.

Adjust production strategies based on market demands to ensure product competitiveness.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of senior management experience in large/mid-sized manufacturing enterprises; proficient in factory production operations and management; possessing Lean Manufacturing philosophy and practical experience.
• Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and cost control measures. Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing a factory from the ground up is highly preferred.
• Strong capabilities in organization, coordination, communication, and team management.
• Integrity, transparency, maturity, confidence, a strong work ethic, excellent collaborative spirit, and strong stress tolerance.
• Strong market insight and sound judgment, adept at identifying problems and proposing effective solutions.
• Fluency in English or German is essential. Position based in Germany. Priority will be given to candidates with previous work experience in Germany or holding valid long-term residency permits for Germany.
