Wir suchen ab sofort einen Kaufmännischen Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) für die Personalabteilung.

Aufgaben:

  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalakten und -daten
  • Organisation von On- und Offboarding-Prozessen
  • Vorbereitung der Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Bearbeitung von Abwesenheiten, Urlaubs- und Krankmeldungen
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende bei personalbezogenen Fragen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen und anderen Personalunterlagen
  • Erstellung von Statistiken für die Geschäftsleitung
  • Unterstützung bei Recruiting-Prozessen, z.B. Stellenausschreibungen und Bewerbermanagement

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Personalwesen, aber keine Bedingung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP wünschenswert
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

SUC GmbH has been dealing with the disposal of mainly industrial waste for more than 30 years. Over the years, we have specialized in the disposal and treatment of hazardous waste in addition to non-hazardous waste.
With 230 motivated and creative employees in the federal states of Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia, SUC GmbH works at nine locations under the motto "Recycling - Disposal - Responsibility" with and above all for its customers in order to recycle the specific and always different residual materials from industry and commerce in an environmentally friendly and resource-efficient manner.
